Arnhem is the capital of Gelderland and lies on the Nederrijn, on the edge of the Veluwe. The city centre was badly damaged in the Battle of Arnhem in 1944; beyond it lie older neighbourhoods, post-war districts and new-build areas such as Schuytgraaf.

That depends on your municipality: each one has its own rules for felling trees. Search your municipality's website for ‘kapvergunning’ (tree felling permit) or ask them, ideally before you post your job.
