Arnhem and surroundings
Arnhem is the capital of Gelderland and lies on the Nederrijn, on the edge of the Veluwe. The city centre was badly damaged in the Battle of Arnhem in 1944; beyond it lie older neighbourhoods, post-war districts and new-build areas such as Schuytgraaf.
Arnhem-Zuid, including Schuytgraaf, is on the other side of the Nederrijn from the centre. Because a professional's radius is measured in a straight line from their work address, the bridge does not count; do say in your job description how to reach your home if that is tricky.
With a job in Oosterbeek, Velp, Duiven, Westervoort, Elst, Huissen or Rheden you're welcome here too: what counts is whether your address falls within the radius of a tiler, not which municipality it's in.
How your job reaches a tiler in Arnhem
When a tiler signs up, they choose a working area: a radius around their work address, measured in a straight line. If your job in Arnhem falls within that radius and they offer the trade and service of your job, they see your job and can send you a proposal.
AlMijnKlussen is new, so we can't promise how many proposals you'll get: that depends on the tilers who have signed up with Arnhem in their working area. Posting is free and without obligation.
What to put in your job description
- Wall or floor, inside or outside, and in which room.
- The number of square metres.
- The size and type of tile, if you already know.
- Whether the old tiles have to come off first.
- Whether you buy the tiles yourself or the professional supplies them.

Frequently asked questions
Who sees my address?
Professionals see the town of your job and a rough spot on the map (to within about a kilometre), never your exact address. You share your full address yourself — only when you want to, with the professional you choose.
Is a patio a job for a tiler or a gardener?
Either. The service ‘Patio & outdoor tiling’ is listed under both trades, so your job goes to professionals from both who offer it. If it's about paving bricks or a driveway, choose ‘Paving, patios & driveways’.
